November Project in a Bag
Just One is excited to launch our November Project in a Bag — a special way to bring creativity, learning, and family time right to your doorstep!
What is a Project in a Bag?
Each Project in a Bag kit includes:
-
Different themed projects with the supplies your child needs
-
Step-by-step instructions and activities to do together as a family
-
A family meal
Our staff work hard to prepare and pack every bag, while we find warm food to go alongside the projects. Together, it’s a fun and nourishing experience designed to make November special for families.
How Registration Works
-
Registration opens: November 1st
-
Registration closes: November 10th
-
Delivery date: November 21st
Once you register, you’ll receive an email confirming that your registration has gone through.
After that, our team will review all sign-ups. Families will receive an additional email or text by November 14th letting you know if your name made it onto the final delivery list, as we only have a limited number of spots available.
Deliveries will be made throughout our service areas: 99207, 99217, 99204, 99202, and 99201.
Our staff will prep and organize the bags for drop-off so you can plan ahead for your November 21st delivery.
Please note that there will not be a specific delivery time, as our team will be making many stops throughout the day across multiple neighborhoods. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work hard to make sure your family receives your bag!
Why Project in a Bag?
As our after-school programs wrap up in October, Just One transitions into creative new ways to keep youth learning and connected—no matter the weather. Once the cold sets in, we shift from outdoor adventures and group projects to home-based experiences that still carry the same heart, fun, and purpose.
We know November can be a busy—and chilly—season, so Projects in a Bag helps us continue supporting families by:
-
Bringing the fun and creativity of Just One projects straight into your home
-
Providing a free, ready-to-enjoy family meal prepared with care
-
Ensuring every child feels included and supported, even when the weather keeps us indoors
It’s our way of keeping the spirit of Just One alive all year long, making sure that learning, laughter, and togetherness don’t stop when the temperatures drop.
