Hello new and returning Just One members! Thank you for your interest in our 2023 Summer Program!
This summer is going to be popping! July 10th to Aug 25th from 12 pm to 3 pm, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, staff will meet participants at Glass Park which is one block away from our facility. As always, our summer activities are Free and lunch is provided! Kids will be able to kick it around caring adults to facilitate a healthy and safe environment so that the kids can engage in fun activities with their friends, new and old.
But this year will be a little different. Mondays and Wednesdays will be youth 10 and older, while Fridays will be open for everyone!
Again, it is important to Just One that all kids in our community have a safe place to belong and contribute. While our summer program has changed as to the minimum age requirements two of the three days, Fridays will be open to all ages to ensure everyone can participate in the fun. We do ask that youths under age 10 be accompanied by an older sibling or adult during Friday events.
Our team has planned some awesome events each day, such as:
- Movies
- Thrifting
- Zip Lining
- BBQs
- Etc.

How our summer program works
When:
- July 10th through August 25th
- 12pm to 3pm
- Mondays (age 10 and above)
- Wednesdays (age 10 and above)
- Fridays (all, but youth under the age of 10 MUST have a chaperone)

You can select all days or just some

Youth MUST meet staff at Glass Park located at 627 E Heroy Spokane WA 99207
- Drop-off is at 12 pm
- On feild trip days, we will leave by 12:30 pm
- Pick-up is at 3 pm
What you need to know:
- Unfortunately, transportation is not provided to pick-up or drop off youth
- Fieldtrips will either require short-distance walking or a short bus ride
- Please send your youth with their student IDs to get on city bus

Please make sure your youth has their student IDs or a picture of it to get on the city bus
- If your youth does not have a student ID please just let us know when you register, as it is not a disqualification
- Each group will have 6-12 youths and will be supervised by 1-2 staff
- All activities, field trips, and prizes are free
- Lunch and snacks are free
- We will have a free BBQ every Friday at Glass Park

At the end of the summer programs our Just One Community Center will be open for the duration of the summer from 3 pm to 6 pm for kids 10 years of age and older

Indoor activities, or our famous “Projects in a Bag” will be provided in the event of bad weather
