Just One, and our founder Natalia Gutierrez, know that youth in Hillyard and northeast Spokane are still falling through the cracks today. Read Natalia’s story.
It’s our plan to stop that. Just One knows that positive, caring connections with peers and adults can change the direction of young person’s life. Connection can keep kids and teens safe, engaged, less likely to use drugs or alcohol and more likely to complete school.
We know that parents and youth face many different situations. Whether you and your child are ready to reach out and get involved, or if you just need some basic items or want to quickly find other community resources, Just One can assist.
- Role Models – sign your child or teen up to be matched with a role model
- Request Basic Needs – let us know if you or your family needs clothing, food, or other basics
- Community Service – talk to us to arrange court-ordered community service hours with Just One
- Resources – explore our Resource List to find community organizations we know and trust
Kids, teens, and parents trust us. Read testimonials to hear about good things that have happened with Just One, in the words of people we have worked with.
