Sound Bath

What is a Sound bath?

In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are ‘bathed’ in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments, such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, flutes, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.

A sound bath is typically a way of managing anxiety, soothing the nervous system, and blocking all the ideas and thoughts out of your consciousness as you connect with your body.

Local Indigenous woman, Drea Rose, is offering sound baths through If You Could Save Just One.
